What is included in a professional auto detailing service?+
Detailing deeply cleans, restores and protects your car, inside and out. Depending on the package, it can include an interior deep clean, carpet and seat shampoo, a safe wash, decontamination, paint correction and ceramic coating. Each package above lists what's included.
How often should I get my car detailed?+
Most cars benefit from a detail every 3–6 months. Daily drivers and cars that face Chicago winters, road salt or summer sun may need it more often to stay clean and protected.
What's the difference between a regular car wash and detailing?+
A wash removes surface dirt. Detailing goes deeper: it cleans, restores and protects. It targets what a wash can't, such as swirl marks, stains, odors, oxidation and built-up grime inside the car.
Does paint correction remove all scratches and swirl marks?+
It removes or greatly reduces swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation and other minor defects. Scratches that cut through the clear coat may not come out completely, but correction still restores much of the paint's gloss and clarity.
How long does ceramic coating last?+
Up to 5 years. How long it lasts depends on the coating, the weather your car faces and how it's maintained. A properly applied coating adds deep gloss, strong water beading and UV protection, and makes washing easier than with wax or sealant.
Is interior detailing safe for leather seats and sensitive materials?+
Yes. We use pH-balanced products made for each surface, including leather, Alcantara, fabric and plastic. Leather is cleaned and conditioned; fabric seats and carpets are shampooed and extracted in the Premium Package.
How long does a full detailing service take?+
A full interior and exterior detail usually takes 2 to 6 hours, depending on the car's size, condition and package. Paint correction and ceramic coating can take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Do you offer mobile car detailing services?+
Yes. We come to your home or workplace anywhere within 60 miles of our garage, or you can bring your car to us at 2111 Ivy Ridge Dr in Hoffman Estates. Tell us which you prefer when you request your quote, and we'll confirm the details.

It can help. A clean, well-kept car makes a stronger first impression and can attract more buyers. Paint correction and a deep interior clean make the biggest visible difference before a sale.
How should I maintain my car after detailing or ceramic coating?+
Wash it with safe methods, such as the two-bucket wash, and avoid automatic car washes with brushes. Use the maintenance products we recommend. For coated cars, a periodic check-up helps the coating last.
